Hello! Thank you so much for choosing Cross Keys Pediatrics! It is our pleasure to provide you with top customer service, convenience, and all your pediatric healthcare needs. We wanted to give you a few quick tips to ease the administrative side of your visit! Thank you : )
- If phone lines are busy during the day, please also try email (crosskeyspeds@live.com) and we will assist you right away.
- Please leave a message in case you do not get through to the phone, and we will call you back ASAP.
- Please try to limit use of after hour line (410.245.7008) to after business day hours
- Please arrive at least 15 minutes early for your appointment and remember to bring all updated insurance and demographic (phone number and address), and medical records necessary for the appointment.
- It is parent responsibility to inform the practice of any changes in insurance coverage at time of visit. Insurance cards should be presented at every visit for every child. Parents should put Dr. Ariela Taub as the doctor on the card.
- Please call us ahead of time if you will not be able to make an appointment.
- More than 3 no shows without advanced notice of cancellation may result in dismissal or a $30 fee.
- If possible, please bring any forms you need for your child to his/her annual visit.
- All new prescription orders require appointments. Medication refills require appointments every 6 months.
- ADHD medication follow ups are scheduled every 3 months so we can ensure your child is on the correct dose and is tolerating the medicine well.
- Telehealth services (video visits with physicians or nurse practitioners) are billable services that will be run through your insurance.
- Parents/patients are also responsible for copays and deductibles owed for services.
- Please see zero tolerance policy on new patients/ forms tab regarding disruptive behavior and inappropriate actions/inactions towards practice, patients, and staff.
